2009年の発売以来、毎日の食卓で親しまれているサントリー「酸化防止剤無添加のおいしいワイン。」シリーズ。こちらはその中の「濃い赤」です。サントリーによると、ぶどうの旨みが“ぎゅっ”とつまった、やわらかでふくらみのある赤ワイン。軽くて割れにくいペットボトル入りです。
酸化防止剤（亜硫酸塩）を加えずに仕上げた赤
サントリーによると、酸化防止剤（亜硫酸塩）は無添加。収穫から瓶詰めまで、できるだけ酸素に触れさせないように管理する独自の醸造技術で特許を取得しています（特許第6373579号）。2025年1月には原料酒とブレンド比率を見直し、リニューアルしています。ミディアムボディ、アルコール分11％の赤です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
サントリーのおすすめは「軽く冷やして」。冷蔵庫で冷やして、ハンバーグやから揚げ、焼き鳥、ピザなど、普段のおかずと気軽に合わせてどうぞ。ペットボトルなので、BBQやアウトドアにも持って行きやすい一本です。
