「トマトマ」は、サントリーがつくるトマトのお酒です。地中海産のトマト果汁に加え、トマト果汁を乳酸発酵させた「トマト発酵果汁」を使用（同社独自技術・特許第4975484号）。生のトマトにまるごとかぶりついたときのような、旨みの凝縮した味わいを目指しています。すっきりした甘みと爽やかな酸味のバランスがよく、隠し味に唐辛子由来のスパイスをごく少量ブレンド。トマトの色素成分リコピン（100mlあたり2mg）による鮮やかな赤色も魅力です。アルコール度数は12度。
おすすめの楽しみ方
メーカーのおすすめは、トマトマの味わいをシンプルに楽しめるオン・ザ・ロック。お好みで黒胡椒や塩、タバスコを少しかけると、また違ったおいしさに出会えます。ソーダで割ってトマトサワー風にするのも手軽。チーズやオリーブ、生ハムなどの前菜とよく合います。
