Suntory Whisky Toki is a blended Japanese whisky that combines traditional Japanese craftsmanship with innovative techniques. It features a square bottle with a Japanese aesthetic and a design reminiscent of Japanese paper. Developed for overseas markets, a small quantity of this whisky is also available in Japan as a reverse import.

Aroma and Taste

The aroma of Toki includes spearmint and Sakuma drops, along with a hint of perfuminess and solvent-like notes. Over time, it transforms into a butter cream-like scent. The taste is light-bodied, with a spicy attack reminiscent of chili pepper, and flavors of nori chazuke (seaweed rice soup) and konpeito (sugar candy). The finish is dry and short.

How to Enjoy

Toki can be enjoyed straight for its refreshing taste, but it is especially recommended as a highball. Its refreshing sweetness and crisp taste pair excellently with food, particularly Japanese cuisine.
