スペイン・アラゴン州レセラで、ヤゴ・アスナール家が4世代にわたって営むボデガス・テンポーレ。有機・ビオディナミ栽培でガルナッチャを柱にする造り手が、亜硫酸を一切加えずに仕上げた赤ワイン「ソー・フリー サン・スフル」です。
樹齢75年のガルナッチャを、亜硫酸無添加で
輸入元の東京実業貿易によると、畑は標高550m、石灰質・砂質の土壌に植わる樹齢75年のガルナッチャ。収量は28hl/haに抑え、手摘みで収穫します。24時間の低温浸漬ののち自然酵母で発酵させ、亜硫酸塩は無添加。EU認証のオーガニックワインです。ワイナリーによると、野生の赤い果実や甘い苺の香りに豊かな果実味、酸とのバランスがよく余韻も長い味わい。インターナショナル・オーガニック・ワイン・アワード2020で金賞を受賞しています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
少し冷やし気味の14〜16℃で。若いうちに楽しむタイプなので、生ハムやチョリソー、トマト煮込み、焼き鳥など、気軽な料理と一緒にどうぞ。開けたら早めに飲みきるのがおすすめです。
