スミレとバラ、ベリーの香り、力強くデリケートな赤
稲葉によると、スミレ色の縁どりのある典型的なネッビオーロの赤色。スミレやバラ、ベリーの香りに、熟成による樽の風味が感じられます。味わいは力強く、しかもデリケート。ほどよいタンニンと、甘ささえ感じさせるフィニッシュがあります。
おすすめの楽しみ方
16〜18℃で。牛ほほ肉の煮込み、きのこのリゾット、トリュフを使った料理などと。バローロへの入り口としてもおすすめです。
