4972776180063
Torafu Kirishima (とらふきりしま) is a distinctive sweet potato shochu developed by Kirishima Shuzo over eight years. This ambitious creation captures the two unique characters of white koji and black koji in a single bottle.
Two types of koji, one bottle
Torafu Kirishima is an unprecedented sweet potato shochu that combines the crisp, refreshing lightness of white koji with the rich, full-bodied flavor of black koji. This distinctive bottle is the result of eight years of development, while the tiger-stripe pattern on the label tells the story of its individuality. It is a brand especially worth trying for those familiar with sweet potato shochu.
Recommended serving
We recommend enjoying it on the rocks to savor how its flavor changes over time. Adding water gently opens up the aroma, revealing another side of its character.
