ヴェネト州の造り手トッレ ドルティ。輸入元の稲葉によると、ワインに力強さを与えるためにリパッソ製法で造った赤ワインです。
チェリーとペッパー、カシスが重なるリパッソ
稲葉によると、造り手のルチアーノは「コルヴィーナやロンディネッラのチェリーやペッパーの風味に、メルロのカシスやブラックベリーが組み合わさったら面白いと思い、このワインを造りました」と話していたそうです。バリックと20hlの樽で12カ月熟成させた、アルコール分14.5％の力強い一本です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
16〜18℃で。ビーフシチューやすき焼き、熟成チーズ、ジビエなど、旨みの強い料理とゆっくり味わいたい赤です。
