通常のそば焼酎は米麹を使うことが多いですが、「十割」は宝酒造独自のそば麹仕込製法により、そば100%で仕込まれています。原料成分の個性が活きた濃醇な常圧蒸留原酒と、口当たりが良くフルーティーな減圧蒸留原酒を絶妙にブレンドし、そば焼酎ならではの香りと繊細な味わいを両立させています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
そば湯割り感覚でお湯割りにするのがおすすめです。ロックや水割りでも、そば本来の香ばしい香りをしっかりと感じられます。
