Jūwari 1800ml Bottle | Buckwheat Shochu Takara Shuzo Kyoto Prefecture
4904670036900
Authentic soba shochu “Towari,” made using Takara Shuzo’s unique soba-koji fermentation method and no ingredients other than buckwheat. Enjoy the original aroma and flavor of buckwheat in its purest form.
Product Description
While regular soba shochu is often made with rice koji, “Towari” is fermented using 100% buckwheat through Takara Shuzo’s unique soba-koji brewing method. It perfectly balances the rich, full-bodied flavor of the atmospheric-distilled spirit, which brings out the character of the ingredients, with the smooth, fruity flavor of the vacuum-distilled spirit.
Recommended Ways to Enjoy
We recommend mixing it with hot water, much like soba-yu wari. It also delivers the distinctly fragrant aroma of buckwheat when served on the rocks or mixed with water.
