明治5年（1872年）創業、愛媛県四国中央市の梅錦山川が醸す「つうの酒」。甘さを抑えた辛口の吟醸酒を、一升瓶でたっぷりと。毎日の晩酌にも、人が集まる席の一本にも頼りになるサイズです。
「淡麗辛口」ど真ん中。甘さを抑えたドライな吟醸
麹米に山田錦、掛米に山田錦と五百万石を使い、ともに精米歩合60％まで磨いています。アルコール分15度以上16度未満、日本酒度＋3、酸度1.4、アミノ酸度1.1（蔵元公式サイトの公表値）。蔵元は、口当たりがなめらかで透明感があり、甘さを抑えたドライな味わいと紹介しています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
蔵元のおすすめはロックから冷酒、ひや、常温、ぬる燗、熱燗まで幅広い温度帯。一升瓶なら季節に合わせて温度を変えながら楽しめます。刺身や塩焼き、湯豆腐、おでんなど、素材の味を生かした料理と合わせてどうぞ。
