内容紹介
タイ米を主原料に黒麹菌で仕込み、甕やタンクで10年間じっくりと貯蔵・熟成させた古酒です。長期熟成によって生まれるまろやかな甘い香りと、とろりとした深いコクが特徴。43度としっかりとした度数ながら、角の取れた丸みのある味わいに仕上がっています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
古酒本来の香りと旨みを堪能するなら、まずはストレートや少量の水割りがおすすめです。ロックでゆっくり時間をかけて楽しむのも良く、少量ずつ大切に味わいたい特別な一本です。
