1772年創業のシャンパーニュ・メゾン、ヴーヴ・クリコを代表する一本。19世紀、夫を亡くした若き未亡人バルブ=ニコル・クリコ・ポンサルダンが自らメゾンを率い、動瓶（ルミュアージュ）技法を考案してシャンパーニュの品質を飛躍的に高めました。その情熱の証として1877年から使われ続ける鮮やかなイエローラベルは、今や世界中で愛されるシャンパーニュの象徴です。
内容紹介
ピノ・ノワール50〜55%、シャルドネ28〜33%、ピノ・ムニエ15〜20%を、50〜60もの畑のブドウとリザーヴワイン30〜45%を巧みにブレンド。瓶内で最低3年間熟成させることで、骨格のしっかりとした果実味と、上品な酸、まろやかな口当たりが見事に調和します。ブリオッシュや白い花を思わせる複雑な香りに、柑橘系の爽やかさが重なる、奥行きのある味わいです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
食前酒としてはもちろん、白身魚のカルパッチョや生ハム、クリーミーなチーズとも好相性。しっかりとした骨格を持つため、揚げ物や中華料理などやや脂の多い料理とも楽しめます。グラスは細長いフルートよりも、香りを感じやすいチューリップ型がおすすめです。
