3州の土着品種を合わせた、骨格のある赤
稲葉によると、ストラクチャーはしっかりしていますが、柔らかいタンニンのおかげで食事にも合わせやすいワインに仕上がっています。モンテプルチャーノ、ネレッロ マスカレーゼ、プリミティーヴォという個性の違う3品種を組み合わせ、一部を樽で熟成させています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
16〜18℃で。ピザやラザニア、ハンバーグ、焼肉のタレ味など、家庭の肉料理と幅広く合わせられます。
