スペイン・ペネデス地方の造り手「ヴィーニャ・サンホセ」が手がける、糖分無添加（ドサージュゼロ）のカヴァ・ブリュット・ナチュレ。同ブランドのブリュットよりもさらに引き締まった、ブドウ本来の味わいを楽しめる辛口タイプです。
マカベオ・シャルドネ・パレリャーダが生む、澄んだ辛口の泡
マカベオ、シャルドネ、パレリャーダをブレンドし、シャンパーニュと同じ瓶内二次発酵で仕上げています。「ブリュット・ナチュレ」は出荷前の糖分添加（ドサージュ）を行わない、または極めて少量に抑えたタイプで、ブドウ本来のピュアな果実味と引き締まった酸を存分に感じられます。
おすすめの楽しみ方
魚介類のカルパッチョや生牡蠣など、素材の味を活かした料理との相性が抜群です。よく冷やして食前酒としてもおすすめです。
