Iki Island's oldest distillery, Yamanomori Shuzojo, presents the barley shochu "Isshu"
Yamanomori Shuzojo, located on Iki Island in Nagasaki Prefecture, produces the barley shochu "Yamanomori Gold Isshu." Established in 1899, this is the oldest distillery on Iki Island, and this particular shochu is made using the same methods as when it was founded.
Roasted barley aroma and mellow flavor born from rice koji and jar fermentation
Made from glutinous rice koji and barley, it is carefully fermented in traditional jars and then aged in storage tanks. It features a roasted barley aroma and a smooth, mellow flavor.

Whether on the rocks, with water, or mixed with hot water, you can enjoy the roasted barley aroma in any way you prefer.
