4904670022385
Among the “Yokaichi” series, Yokaichi Kuro Mugi is a barley shochu made with black koji to create a rich, full-bodied flavor. It balances the roasted aroma of barley with the robust umami of black koji.
Product Description
This barley shochu is made by fermenting barley and barley koji with black koji mold, then carefully distilling it. It has a notably richer body than regular barley shochu, while its clean finish keeps it from becoming tiring to drink.
Recommended Ways to Enjoy
Enjoy it on the rocks or diluted with water to fully appreciate its rich flavor. Diluted with hot water, the barley’s roasted aroma becomes even more pronounced. It is an ideal choice for everyday evening drinks.
