アブルッツォを代表するロゼ「チェラスオーロ・ダブルッツォ」の伝統を忠実に受け継ぐ一本。ザッカニーニの看板品種モンテプルチアーノ・ダブルッツォから仕立てられ、瑞々しくジューシーな味わいが持ち味です。
モンテプルチアーノが生むジューシーなロゼ
除梗・破砕後、真空圧搾により大切なフリーランジュースを抽出し、低温浸漬(クライオマセレーション)を経てステンレスタンクで瓶詰めまで熟成。粘土質土壌・棚仕立てと垣根仕立てで育った葡萄を9月初旬に収穫し、鮮やかな色合いと果実味をしっかりと引き出しています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
グラスの中で存在感を放つ、中程度の濃さのチェリーピンク。サクランボやイチゴなど赤い果実の香りに、ザクロを思わせる上品なニュアンスが重なります。口当たりは軽快でありながら旨みがあり、爽やかな酸とともに塩気を帯びたミネラル感が長く続きます。12〜14℃で、前菜やパスタ、チーズ、優しい味付けのピザなど幅広い料理と合わせやすい一本です。
