アブルッツォの伝統品種ペコリーノ
羊(ペコラ)がこの品種の早熟な果実を好んで食べていたことが名前の由来とされるペコリーノ種を100%使用。かつてはブレンド用の脇役だったこの品種は、近年アブルッツォを代表する高品質な白ブドウとして評価が高まっています。淡い麦わら色に、白桃や洋梨を思わせる香りと、白い花やハーブのニュアンスが特徴で、フレッシュな酸とミネラル感のある辛口白ワインです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
魚介料理やシーフードパスタ、軽めの前菜との相性が良く、よく冷やして楽しむのがおすすめです。
