白葡萄だけを厳選して仕立てた、香り高く芳醇なスパークリングワイン。カンティーナ・ザッカニーニの「トラルチェット」シリーズの一本で、プリーズ・ド・ムースによって生まれる、エレガントで躍動感のある泡立ちが持ち味です。
白葡萄の厳選と丁寧な低温醸造
白葡萄を優しく圧搾し、クライオマセレーション(低温浸漬)と真空圧搾によりフリーランジュース(自然に流れ出た一番搾りの果汁)だけを使用。低温でステンレスタンク発酵させたのち、オートクレーブ内でのプリーズ・ド・ムースにより気泡を丁寧に閉じ込めています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
グリーンがかった淡い黄色の色合いに、白い花を思わせる華やかな香りが際立ちます。口に含むとフレッシュさと塩味のニュアンスが生き生きと広がり、軽快で躍動感のある飲み口です。6〜8℃によく冷やして、魚介料理、特に繊細な生魚料理と合わせるのがおすすめです。
