2016酒造年度に山廃仕込みで醸した山田錦の純米吟醸を、9年間寝かせた山岡酒造の熟成原酒。720mlなので、熟成酒の飲み比べや少人数での晩酌にも向いています。
9年熟成、豊かで奥深くふくよかな山廃原酒
原料米は山田錦、精米歩合60％、アルコール分17度（取扱酒販店の公表値）。加水しない原酒のまま年月を重ね、豊かで奥深く、ふくよかな味わいに仕上がっていると紹介されています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
常温からお燗がおすすめ。鴨ロース、味噌漬けの焼き物、鰻の白焼きなどと合わせて。同じ蔵の「山廃熟成2013BY（雄町）」と並べて、米と熟成年数の違いを飲み比べるのも楽しい一本です。
