This authentic awamori is made by fermenting Thai rice with black koji and carefully producing it through single-pot distillation. Identified by its red label, Zuisen Red has the rich aroma and depth characteristic of awamori, yet its mild, easy-drinking character makes it a natural companion for everyday meals. Zuisen Distillery is a historic producer with roots tracing back to the official brewery of the Ryukyu Kingdom, and continues to preserve traditional awamori-making methods and quality.
