首里城のほど近くで明治時代から泡盛を造り続ける瑞泉酒造の「青龍」。古酒をブレンドし、さらに寝かせた3年古酒で、青いラベルが目印の人気銘柄です。
内容紹介
「瑞泉」の名は、かつて首里城内に湧いていた泉に由来します。青龍は熟成した古酒を巧みにブレンドし、さらに貯蔵を重ねることで、古酒ならではのまろやかな甘みと深いコクを引き出した一本です。2006年の泡盛鑑評会では沖縄県知事賞を受賞するなど、高い評価を受けている定番の古酒です。1800mlのたっぷりサイズは、ご家庭でじっくり楽しむのにぴったりです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
ロックでじっくりと古酒の甘みと香りを楽しむのがおすすめです。水割りやお湯割りにしても味わいが崩れにくく、食事と合わせやすい泡盛です。
