Product description
The name “Zuisen” comes from a spring that once flowed within Shuri Castle. Seiryu is skillfully blended from aged awamori and matured further in storage, bringing out the mellow sweetness and deep richness unique to aged awamori. This classic aged awamori has earned high praise, including the Okinawa Governor’s Award at the 2006 Awamori Evaluation Competition.
Recommended ways to enjoy
We recommend enjoying the mellow sweetness and aroma of this aged awamori slowly over ice. Its flavor holds up well when served with water or hot water, making it easy to pair with meals.
