瑞泉酒造は、沖縄県那覇市の首里で泡盛を造る蔵元です。この梅酒は、自社の琉球泡盛をベースに、和歌山の紀州南高梅と沖縄の黒糖を使って仕上げています。黒糖のコクが梅の酸味を包み、奥行きのある味わいに。アルコール度数は12度で、泡盛に慣れていない方にも手に取りやすい一本です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
ロックやソーダ割りがおすすめ。ソーダで割ると黒糖の香りが軽やかに広がり、食中にも合わせやすくなります。1800mlの大容量なので、毎日の晩酌用にも。ゴーヤーチャンプルーやラフテーなど、沖縄料理とも好相性です。
